Service Description

This is a 90-minute class in which we will look at our lives in the 8 Life categories. We will define our values allowing us to better understand ourselves which helps us confidently make decisions based on those values. Our values should dictate when and why we say “Yes” or “No”! Let’s discover our values and start intentionally living them out!
